New York City Therapy

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

“I don’t need therapy, I have you guys!” - Carrie Bradshaw

Whether your friends or partner(s) have tapped out of being your therapist, or if you just need a fresh, safe space to dive deeper - I get it. I curate an atmosphere where clients feel heard, & I want therapy to be a place for you to show up as your authentic self.

My name is Steevy Griffin (she/her), and I’m here to help. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York and Florida, and I am physically located in Brooklyn, NY. My practice is exclusively virtual, giving us the opportunity to explore your challenges in the safety and comfort of your own home.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where individuals and couples from all over the state of New York and Florida can get encouragement and support as they navigate through the challenges of life. No matter what you’re going through, there is hope. Let’s collaborate on your healing process - contact me to set up a free consultation.

    Ethical Non-Monogamy

💓 Let’s explore non-traditional relationships in a supportive space! Therapy for non-monogamy includes regular check-ins, expressing needs, and boundary setting.
